Problems with antivirus

For some reason my antivirus (Norton) says planets3 is a trojen.

It seems the automatic virus detection heuristics identify the game as a virus. You are the second user experiencing this problem. If you computer is not infected, and that you downloaded the game from our website, this is likely a fake alert.
As we don't have all the details about your norton version & where the problem occurred exactly, you should report the false positive to norton using their support form:

I saw also than Norton found planets┬│.exe as a "virus" with simple test with global online antivirus.

What i want to say to you dodgerdog2000 is to use a better antivirus than Norton because it's one of the worst program for doing a good job (lot of false positive, can be infected itself ...) . You have plenty for free or with a little cost (you can see all of them in my link above)

The problem is once downloaded Norton can not be completely deleted and will re install itself again!

In which case it's not completely deleted. :P

It probably has some hidden backup files, there's always a possibility it stores files in System32, which actually makes it not that dissimilar to a virus.

Many antiviruses recognize files with the extension .exe as a virus.
Perhaps this is the problem?
